ABOUT SARA
Sara Foulk is a REALTOR®, Broker Associate, and Team Lead of Champion Group with eXp Realty, serving buyers and sellers throughout Springfield, Clark County, and Central and Southwest Ohio.
A Springfield native, Sara brings more than a decade of real estate experience together with a 13-year background in accounting, auditing, and consulting. Her approach combines local market knowledge, financial insight, and personalized guidance to help clients make confident decisions, whether they are buying their first home, moving up, selling a longtime home, downsizing, relocating, or investing.
Sara holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification and was honored as the Springfield Board of REALTORS® REALTOR® of the Year in both 2024 and 2025.
Above all, Sara believes real estate should be personal, strategic, and never one-size-fits-all. Her goal is simple: to make sure every client feels informed, supported, and well represented from the first conversation through closing and beyond.

The Champion Group Network is a collaborative network of professionals committed to growth, education, and community. Founded in 2023 by Sara Foulk, an Associate Broker, the Champion Group Network operates as a teamerage within eXp Realty... our “brokerage within the brokerage.”
We’re based out of an office in Downtown Springfield, Ohio, which serves as a hub for training, mentorship, and connection. Within our office, we currently have solo agents, and three teams: The Mullins Group, My Casita Group and Champion Group. We primarily serve Central and Southwest Ohio.
Our agents bring more than 40 years of combined real estate experience and a wide range of professional backgrounds... including military service, education, finance, nursing and healthcare, appraisal, corporate leadership, law enforcement and small business ownership. That diverse expertise allows us to offer clients well-rounded insight and strategic guidance throughout their entire real estate journey.
